Talk about some fun DIY! These printable candy corn box templates are a great way to create some unique Halloween goodies. They’re the perfect size for a few candies or small non-candy items like squishes, erasers, stickers, and more. They fold up into a triangle shape and with the hand drawn details and faces, they look like super cute candy corns!

It doesn’t have to be hard (or expensive) to make those Halloween plans look amazing.
Time needed: 2 minutes
Easy DIY Candy Corn Box Templates
- Download
Download the candy corn box templates with the faces you want
- Print
Print as many as you need (for personal use). I use paper that is slightly heavier than typical printer/copy paper on these (look for something that’s about 32# weight). I you can’t track that down, regular weight printer paper will work too 😉
- Cut
Use scissors or a paper trimmer to cut out the candy corn box templates. If you want to write a message or include a “from” section on the back, now would be the time to do that while they’re laying flat!
- Glue
Use a glue stick or adhesive runner to add glue to the left side marked with the dotted rectangular section. Roll the paper and adhere to the other side to create a tube shape.
- Line up dots and crease
Line up the dots on the orange end and pinch the sides where the dotted lines are to make a short crease. Do the same on the white end. It should be starting to look like a candy corn!
- Fill & close the ends
Use a glue stick, stapler, tape, etc. to close one end. Use the open end to fill with candy or other Halloween items. Then do the same to close the other end.
What You Need:
Here are the materials you’ll need to create these printable candy corn box templates:
- Paper. Basic copy paper will work, but if you can track down something that is slightly thicker, that’s ideal. Look for something that’s about 32# weight. You can use heavier paper like cardstock also, but the top and bottom will need to be closed with a stapler, tape, or very strong glue. Since the top and bottom or creased in opposite directions, I’ve found that a typical glue stick just doesn’t hold up with the strength of thicker paper 😉
- Glue stick, adhesive runner, stapler and/or tape
- Scissors or a paper
These can accommodate a variety of treats. Of course, typical fun-size Halloween candy will fit well, but non-food items work well too! Something small like a Halloween squishy, mini erasers, or stickers will work perfectly.
